It shows a 3-tiered octagonal shape center mount, wherein on the prong raised top tier in the middle, a center stone of your choice goes. This should be an Emerald cut of 0.20 carat to 0.30 carat. Haloing the center stone is a pre-embellished twin row of diamonds, 14 prong set round cut diamonds in the middle tier and 22 prong set round cut diamonds on the base tier. The split twisted shank features a diamond encrusted half twist, where 7 prong set round cut diamonds can be seen on either side.
